- 1 1/2 oz. Smugglers' Notch Distillery Gin
- 1 oz. Boyden Valley Winery Rhubarb Wine
- 1/2 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1/3 oz. Sumptuous Syrups Black Currant
- Sea Salt/Sugar Rim (1:1 Ratio)
- Cherry Garnish

Combine Gin, Rhubarb Wine, Lemon, & Sumptuous Black Currant Syrup in shaker with Ice. Shake Vigorously! Strain into sea salt/sugar rimmed cocktail glass or coupe. Cherry garnish

- 0.5 oz. Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice

Ingredients
- 2 oz. Smugglers' Notch Blend 802 Gin
- 1/2 oz. Cointreau Orange Liqueur
- 2 oz. Cranberry Juice
- 1 tsp Fresh Lime Juice

Pour the gin, Cointreau and juices into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake well and strain into a cocktail glass. Add a lemon twist and enjoy.
