This hand-crafted 90-proof gin is made in extremely small batches during which the alcohol vapors pass through locally sourced Vermont Cascade hops and organic juniper berries.
Bourbon Barrel Aged Rum
Our award-winning, single-barrel aged and bourbon barrel finished rum offers an intriguing flavor profile. Aged for 3 years in charred white oak barrels, the process is finished off with double-aging in SND bourbon barrels for an additional year to infuse complex whiskey overtones. Each barrel offers a subtly distinct flavor profile, a rum connoisseur’s delight!
Litigation Wheat Whiskey
Launched October 30, 2015, Litigation is crafted from a special blend of wheat and malted barley, is aged in new Char #4 white oak barrels, and tamed from its barrel strength to 92 proof to create a delicate, yet flavorfully balanced spirit, perfect for sipping. On the nose are subtle hints of butterscotch, caramel, vanilla, and a slight woody scent. A sip will reveal a smooth well-balanced bright taste that envelops but does not linger. It is truly a remarkable spirit.

This quintessentially Vermont whiskey is made by infusing our gold medal 2016 World Spirits Competition award winning straight bourbon whiskey with 100% pure organic Vermont maple syrup that has been aged in our used bourbon barrels.

Maple Rum is made with Vermont spring water and molasses and is aged 3 years in charred white oak barrels, 2 years in Smugglers’ Notch Distillery bourbon barrels, and 1 year in our 100% pure Vermont Mple Syrup bourbon barrels. Our unique rum has a delicate maple nose, complex whiskey overtones, and a sweet/smooth finish.
Dead Buck Bourbon Whiskey
This limited release is bold and in charge! 108 proof bourbon whiskey aged 5 years in 5 gallon honeycomb charred white oak barrels.
